2025: All in His Mighty Hand

Something else caught my attention in the image Kelly sent me in the previous post. It reminded me of the grid which V had shown me years ago:
In this post https://www.communityofbrokenspirit.org/blog/the-mystery-of-the-well, V shared that the number 9 in the centre represents the Lord. Inspired by that, we implemented a prayer buddy system where two of our members who are at the opposite end of the grid form a prayer team. Notice that both numbers add up to the number 9. So the spirit of prayer must be in one accord and in sync with the Lord, who holds us together as we pray. Brilliant right? We employed it to great results in many well fought battles through those years.
But this time, the centre number is 5, which signifies the grace of God.
The Roman numeral for the number 5 is also V.
Listen to what Apple AI says about this:
“The ancient Roman used letters to represent numbers, which is called a system of numerical notation. The letter V came to represent five because the space between the thumb and first finger on a hand forms a V when counting five items.”
V is also the hand!
I find this most assuring – that in this potentially wild and dangerous year, escalating exponentially with every passing month, God’s hand is very much in control.
Perfect Peace
Then I noticed another cryptic revelation. If you look at the numbers at the opposite end of each other, they add up to the number 10 – the number of perfection; the perfect 10.
Did you see it?
1+9 and 3+7 diagonally across each other, and then 4+6 and 2+8 horizontally and vertically across each other, they all add up to 10.
This reminds me of a verse from the bible:
“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You.
Because he trusts in you.” Isaiah 26:3 NKJV
Hallelujah!
So, V is in the centre of whatever this year throws at us.
His Voice,
His Hand,
His Grace,
Together, V will hold on to everything and everyone of us.
And whoever guards his eyes, he guards his thoughts, for our eyes are the windows to our soul. Then his mind will be steadfastly set on God,
He will be able to hang on to his trust in the Lord,
And V will keep him in perfect peace.
To the power of 3!
Exponential Grace
As I write this, I agonise over several good and decent men I know, people who once walked so close to God and loved Him, but have become hapless and impotent against their sinful nature, blinded by lies and deceit of the evil one.
Remember, V did warn us years ago – that the children are ok but the men are not.
Even the most godly leaders and decent men have fallen – at home, in society, in Christian institutions, in government – they were not able to escape the lure and seduction of Babylonic wine and women and the blinding power of Mammon.
However, when I look at the centre number of 5 3, these words uttered by the Lord in one encounter with Him many years ago came to mind:
“Grace upon grace upon grace”
And this verse from Romans 5:20 springs to mind:
“When sin abounds, grace abounds much more.”
Listen to this version from the Message bible (v20-21):
“All that passing laws against sin did was produce more lawbreakers. But sin didn’t, and doesn’t, have a chance in competition with the aggressive forgiveness we call grace. When it’s sin versus grace, grace wins hands down. All sin can do is threaten us with death, and that’s the end of it. Grace, because God is putting everything together again through the Messiah, invites us into life—a life that goes on and on and on, world without end.”
Thank you Lord for your assurance of exponential grace, of grace upon grace and upon grace, especially for all the good men who have fallen to sin. Grace will win hands down. Your grace is enough.
May Your mighty hand turn them back from their folly and help them find their way back to You. Amen.
